First, we meet to discuss your dietary preferences & needs. With your input, I’ll plan and help one of your loved ones host the party. Your guests will provide the groceries and the kitchen help. The end result? You have nutritious, easy to prepare food ready for when you need it. Not into many kitchen guests? Together we’ll plan. You’ll provide the groceries, and I’ll come help you and your immediate family prep the food for your freezer.

FLUFF THE NEST SESSION - END THE REGISTRY, NURSERY AND POSTPARTUM PREP OVERWHELM:
We’ll talk through your needs and determine how I can best help you make room for your baby. Some possibilities include but are not limited to: registry guidance, nursery organization, and contemplating some practical steps you and your partner can take to help ease your recovery and get your feeding relationship off to a great start. We can also incorporate basic cloth diapering, babywearing, and baby sign language information.
